How to handle fast let down breastfeedin

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I have one month old baby girl. I noticed that I have a very sharp stream of milk coming from both my breasts. My baby usually is ok with this but sometimes she becomes very aggressive, seems irritated and pulls away and cries(mostly when she is very hungry) how do I manage this fast stream of milk coming which I think is making my baby uncomfortable
