How to gain weight?
I am 20, and i'm about 39kgs i eat things as much as possible i i never gain weight, so what ecxactly i should do to gain weight?

Hello there, gaining weight cannot be achieved by eating anything. Having a balanced diet rich in al nutrients alongwith good quality of proteins would help in increasing muscle mass. Proteins such as eggs, fish, milk, curds, etc. Alongwith protein rich diet combining it with exercise is helpful.
