My question is that how to doit mindfulness meditation? If we doit it then how long we must be do it What is the benifits of mindfulness meditation ? With the help of mindfulness meditation we can concentrate on our present moment only?

Mindfulness meditation means training yourself  to live in the present moment. Here on this platform I can explain in short how to practice mindfulness #  take a seat -----find a place to set that feels calm and quiet to you #. Set a time limit----- if you are just beginning it can help to choose a short time like 10 to 15 minutes. #.  Notice your body--- you can set on kneel, however is comfortable for you just make sure you are stable and in a position you can stay in for a while. #.  Feel your breath ---follow the sensation of your breath as it goes out and as it goes in. #.  Notice and your mind has wandered-----when you get around to noticing this in a few seconds a minute 5 minutes simply return your attention to the breath. #.  Be kind to your wandering mind--- don't judge yourself or obsess over the content of the thoughts you find yourself lost in, just come back. You can do this as long as it feels good to you. No specific time .It can be 15 min to 45 min or even long . BENEFITS OF MINDFULNESS Improves brain function Lowers stress levels Increases flexibility Improves lung capacity Lowers blood pressure Reduces chronic pains if any Relieves anxieties if any Improve sense of balance Increases self awareness Calms your mind Improve relationships Fosters resiliency Improves immunity WE ARE MOSTLY LIVING LIFE IN PAST OR IN FUTURE BUT REAL LIFE EXIST IN PRESENT MOMENT SO SO TO CONNECT WITH PRESENT MOMENT TO LIVE LIFE FULLY WE PRACTICE MINDFULNESS
