Myself 24 years old taking alcohol since 5 years and last year it was fatty liver gr2 so now how to detect liver problems,no sign if stomach pain or stomach bloating, appetite is good,sometimes feeling little stomach discomfort thats all.sexual desire decreased,so m worried for my liver and pancreas

Liver diseases usually do not have SYMPTOMS till very late stage. That is by the time liver disease show there SYMPTOMS it is already an advanced disease.
So do not wait for your SYMPTOMS.
Get liver function tests done.
Latest ULTRASOUND Should be done.
Avoid OILY foods cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
