How to deal with stress after HSV+
I recently tested HSV Positive (HSV1+2 IgG), I took a consultation from a doctor and completed medication.
I don't have any symptoms or lessons on my mouth or genitals. I did STD tests for marriage.
I am not able to stop my thoughts since I get results, constantly getting negative thoughts, feeling lonely.
Whom should I contact to release stress and to get good sleep. Please help I am depressed.
