It seems to be IAD. Hypochondriasis is a part of IAD. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hi Thanks for reaching out. How long has it been since you have been having illness anxiety disorder? You have done many tests and the reports are normal. You are prone to panic attacks. Consult a psychologist and explain about illness anxiety disorder. In order to determine the cause with a psychologist you can talk about your childhood, lifestyle, and if there is a family history of anxiety disorders you can talk about it with a psychologist. Try to avoid researching too about diseases on Google. Try to gradually reduce the amount of time you spend on the internet searching for information about a particular disease. With the help of counselling sessions, you can gradually work on overcoming your fear.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.

Hi, You are diagnosed with hypochondriac, which means having a fear of some serious & undiagnosed medical condition. However, its all about their fear. You have panic attacks whenever you feel something in your body. With the help of a psychologist, you will be able to control your panic attacks as therapy like cbt will be helpful in your condition. Limit the caffeine & alcohol intake. Focus on your present. Practice deep breathing. If you are too much worried about yourself, then consult for proper guidance.
Next Steps

Hi.. If all your test reports are negative and the doctors conclude that no physiological factors are responsible, than your symptoms maybe attributed to psychological factors. But please do not self diagnose yourself, instead consult a Psychiatrist for a medical diagnosis. Typically, conditions like hypochondriasis/health anxiety & panic attacks can be addressed with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling. But in some cases where the condition is acute, mediations (prescribed by a Psychiatrist) are also used to provide immediate relief to the patients. Searching symptoms online will only make your condition worse. Please seek formal consultation.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required. Consult a Psychiatrist for a medical diagnosis and medications (if required).
