Since 1 year , I am having anxiety issue(started with covid).
Now I think in particular I am a hypochondriac.
Small symptoms and I am upset for few days, till something next seen.
Previously main fear was covid, now it is black fungus, Sometimes others too.
Breathing exercise, relaxation technique, I am aware of and doing but no such benefit.
Even visited psychiatrist, so having one clonafit also daily.
Contacted 2 counserlors here on practice, they were more irrelevant than random youtube channels.
What to do further...Any method or technique??

I can understand that you might be feeling frustrated due to your anxiety and you want to get rid of it. You have used as many methods as you can in order to be free from your anxiety that has increased due to covid-19. Your past experience with the counsellors and psychiatrist may not be up to the mark. But that doesn't mean that you won't get the better ones. I would recommend you to contact a counsellor further for your better understanding regarding what's going on as well as what you aren't able to realise or tap in.
