How to deal with hurt after break up
How to overcome break up after 7 years of togetherness. How to stop uncontrollable crying, even after antipsychotic n antidepressants. Very tough. No one to talk to. Myself ended things as things were not going positive and hurting both of us. Too much love from my side. Unsure of his feelings now. Want to control emotions, stop crying, get back to normal routine.
