How to cure premature ejaculation?
Let me give you some background about myself - I am 22 Male athletic ( constant 20 km marathon runner ). I first had sex when I was 16 , with a significantly older person, It was a very good sex, I lasted like 20-30 minutes in bed. Then after that I had to move out and got addicted to masterbation and porn. Since last 3-4 years I have regularly masterbated like 3-4 times a week on average. Last week i got an opportunity to have a sex with a friend but I could last only 2-3 minutes. I am really depressed by this thought. I am physically the definition of fitness, got high stamina, muscle build body, just not so much active down there. Can anyone confirm that was it the result of excessive masterbation that led me here?? And what can I do now to improve my situation?? Or is it even possible to go back to where I was.? This was a month ago, havent masterbated since but have been suffering with weekly nightfalls, also how can i avoid those now? Thanks to all the doctors here.

Hi, Don’t take stress as this issue is completely curable. Let me explain you about your issue in brief - The issue as described by you above is termed as premature ejaculation. There is a possibility that the tip of your penis might have become hyper sensitive. Premature ejaculation (PE) is when ejaculation happens sooner than a man or his partner would like during sex. PE is also known as rapid ejaculation, premature climax or early ejaculation. PE might not be a cause for worry. It can be frustrating if it makes sex less enjoyable and impacts relationships. If it happens often and causes problems. However this issue is not a major cause to worry as much as there are medications and treatment available for the same. If you genuinely interested in getting your issue resolved then you can contact me directly through google on my website or contact me through Practo. Would be happy to help you. You can contact me directly through my website for online or in person consultation - https://www.drfayyazsexologyclinic.com
