Are there any medications for PE except kegal exercise
?
I am suffering from premature and sensitive glans. Though i am circumcised still its difficult for me to last more then 3 minutes.

Having circumcission done has no major significance for PE. It can be present secondary to performance anxiety. You can try squeeze technique. When you are about to ejaculate try to hold the tip of your glans firmly for few seconds and then continue. You can also try to momentarily distract yourself by mentally thinking about certain neutral things (Scenery, beach, mountains etc)
