How to beat heat wave
Due to unusual heat wave in my area it's difficult for travel post noon. 2-3 ltrs of water throughout and some cooling liquids are consumed. I don't take aerated drinks as its not good replacement for buttermilk I use a full face helmet with a visor to avoid sun on eyes but the heat wave is simply unbearable I can't postpone the travel. The office is air conditioned whereas outside there's simmering with heat so is it the temp diff that's causing this or its the heat. As some sun screens are not good for skin could you please suggest some good measures for this.

Use a gel based sunscreen... Atleast SPF thirty. Reapply every three hours. Wash your face every three hours before re applying.. Hope this helps. Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal.
