  4. Heat boil mid thigh area. The wound.

Heat boil started 5 days back n from yesterday pus is coming out..am applying anti septic cream..but still surrounding area is hard pus still coming..pain is reduced as of now..i just want to know what additional stuff i need to do..to soften the harden area and heal the wound..
