Hi... Acceptance and faith is the key. Acceptance of the reality without judgements and faith in oneself that we will survive it. Most situations are powerless without our reaction. Uncertainty and ambiguity are a reality of modern day life. This is the kind of world we (human race) have created for ourselves and continuously creating by our actions and inaction. So we need to accept it as a world order, a reality that we live in. This is not a pessimistic view, rather a realistic view of life. Once we accept that we are living in an uncertain world or uncertain times. We learn to value things that really matter to us and start working on them rather than chasing something to do in future. Post pandemic there is a big shift in people's priorities and it has impacted all spheres of life, including businesses, jobs, politics, policy, health, education, family, marriages,..... everything.
