How stress can affect pregnancy planning

I remain stressed throughout day and night due to my office. Stress levels are too high that i have been diagonosed with thyroid problem. I am trying to conceive a baby but struggling. Could you please suggests what all complications i can face during pre pregnancy, pregnancy phases because of my extremely stressful and toxic work atmosphere
