This is not mathematics question it is a physiological question whose answer will depends upon your body needs....What is your work food intake working environment ac or non ac etc like factors....Nature has giVen you a sensation called thirst use it.... Drinking a little more water in summer season is advisable than other season due to increased outside temp....

Hello, 3-3.5 lts, coconut water mosambi juice butter milk, nimupani etc to keep you PROPERLY HYDRATED as in summer invisible perspiration is much more.ok.
