I have Vitamin B12 deficiency (130) and Vitamin D deficiency (11). I am taking ME-12 (daily) and D-360 (weekly). Also, since past 1 week have started taking milk+curd twice a day, 2 eggs per day, salad, almonds. I still feel week and have fatigue. How much time would be needed if I keep same diet to get back to normal life? Also, should I walk / run / gym? Would running / gym help me or should I take maximum rest to fasten the recovery?

Hello you must live your normal life . Enjoy exercise diet go around on trips and eat well . Don’t worry on such vitamin deficiency unless they impose health issues . Normal diet and exercise help in systhesis of vitamins in body . It take almost a year to replace the lost level
