Only eating cornflakes won't help you with weight loss.
You need to avoid eating outside food including junk, processed, oily food and sweets. Have nutritious diet full of fruits and veggies.
Eat less rice, potatoes. Have your dinner early and keep it light.
Drink plenty of water.
Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time
