I am facing relapse of depression. Last medication was nexito plus. Currently i am taking serta 100 morning and evening. Amitone 10 mg , risdone ls. I use to feel very confident when i was taking nexito . Now after taking serta , i am feeling good but do not feel any emotions yet. And unable to be in present moment. Hi your question is very valid and it is usually seen that some patients respond very well to medications during their first episode of treatment but next time when they get similar symptoms the response is not as great..the main reason for this is abrupt stopping of medication once you start feeling better. So when symptoms recur they occur with more intensity and vigor and it takes more time for the medication as well to respond. So donot worry just follow the advise of your psychiatrist and all shall be well
