How do I de-stress?
Hiii... I am Siddharth Pawar. I am in 12th standard and preparing for neet-ug. There are so many mistakes have been made by me in 11th standard. Now i feel guilty and the mind is not involved in anything.I am very sad about all that.So tell me a solution

Start by doing some relaxation exercises, yoga, meditation. You can also videos about mindfulness. If symptoms still persist consult a psychiatrist.

Do Progressive Muscle Relaxation technique , meditation and mindfulness for relieving stress and focusing on present. Consult a psychiatrist if there is no improvement
