Dettol liquid is good antiseptic mainly for bacteria and cleaning skin and wound. It contains 13% alcohal which is less than recommend concentration of 70% to kill viruses. Since it is new virus so I will advice use hand sanitizer having seventy percent alcohal however cleaning bathing purpose you may use as per instructions written in leaflet but for corona use alcohol based sanitizer good soap and masks thx

Use soap and water to wash hands and use tap running water for washing vegetables and fruits.
Because Protein coat of corona virus is damaged by this only .
You can also use sanitizer .
Do not use dettol.
No sir. A medical grade hand sanitizer contains atleast 60-95% alcohol. Please don't try making a sanitizer at home, alcohol is a highly volatile substance. And dettol contains chloroxylenol, which is mostly effective against bacteria, NOT viruses. Besides, ingestion of dettol is injurious to health.
Next Steps
Get a medical grade hand sanitizer from the pharmacy.
U can consult me online, homeopathic medication can be beneficial for u.
