My sister is getting hot flashes and chills at same time like shiver,along

I can understand your concern.
Since when does she have this?
All her to drink plenty of fluids.
Tab. Dolo 650 thrice a day after food for 2 days.
Tab. Health OK once a day after food for 15 days.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
