Hot compress,eye lid wash,Quality tears
Hello Respected Sir,
1)If I do warm Compress followed by eye lid wash by normal soap then will this increase my tear quality and production of natural tears in my eyes. 2) is it good to apply warm compress daily & regularly?
3) does it has any side effect of doing daily?
4) What is the proper way of doing this?
5) is there any good eye lid cleaner available in the market which do not affect eyes even if we rub that on eye lids or entered in to eyes.
Please explain in detail. Thank you.

you can follow the advice of dr mittal but regular washing with fresh and clean water is sufficient to keep your hygiene healthy.

This treat meibomitis which is one of the cause for evaporative dry eye
Treatment
A. Warm compresses followed by lid massage with index finger tightly from up to down followed by application of aziyhromycin ointment over lid margins
B. Lid scrub once weekly by baby shampoo and not by soap
