AMH 0.01 indicates that you are on the verge of menopause. That's the reason for decreased menstrual flow.
Nothing to do for it.

Unfortunately low AMH is not very much reassuring. Do day 2 FSH and LH test done to confirm the diagnosis. Then you may need further tests to find out the cause.
