Horizontally oriented wisdom tooth
My lower wisdom tooth is coming and it is horizontally oriented due to which there is a gap between it and the adjacent molar in which food gets stuck. Should i get the wisdom tooth extracted?

If there is no caries then it's ok...keep it clean....but if you can't clean or having irritated with this...then removal is best for you

Pls share IOPA Xray of that tooth. In this kind of cases, for a general idea, it's best to get the wisdom tooth extracted. However your tooth Xray will confirm the treatment plan.
