Horizontal ridges in both thumb nails
Since 5-6 years, many very prominent horizontal depressions in nails ( thumb only) ,regrows as same even after fungal Rx. pic enclosed. very brittle nails . help

After seeing your clinical pictures , diagnosis looks like beau’s lines. There are local factors which can give the beaus line specially your nail matrix getting injured on a regular basis because of nail biting or some other micro trauma because of work or some habit.there are some systemic conditions which would lead to these including protein deficiency or some renal issues.
Treating this condition as fungal infection is not something I would do as a physician. Do visit a dermatologist
