Hoaxness in voice post radiotherapy
I had 30 cycles of radiptherapy post throat cancer operation.Ite been 41 days since radiotherapy ended. Still my vouce is low and there is hoaxness in my voice.Also there are sores in my mouth which still havent gone.. I know its radiation mucositis But how much time it will take to cure permanently.

Can u attach your pre treatment scan report ... And what radiation have u taken..is it conventional or IMRT.. IMRT avoids high normal organ doses hence better profile.. Toxicoty depends on site of tumor.. Get a speech and swallowing therapist opinion that will improve voice.. Consult ENT DOC to rule out acute infectious component .. Take regular steam inhalations ..
