Hives on body

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My husband is getting hives every night. The skin becomes itchy and bumpy. Mostly in hip areas,lower stomach and back of hand. They go away by morning. Please suggest. He was not allergic to anyhing. Its been 2 months now. We consulted a doctor but instead he gave medicine for low platelet count. But that isn't helping. We are not able to find out what triggers the allergy.
