Hives and abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Started with clindomicin antibiotics. Ended up with hives. Stopped taking it , started taking predezone and zantac, ... unsure what's going on and why. Having a hard time getting in to see a doctor. It's been Maybe going on 3 or 4 days. Was thinking infection somewhere .. would like some advice
