Hiv window period
What is window period for HIV .My result is non reactive after 140 days. Which is best test for HIV detection. Please reply ASAP

Hello... Window period for HIV is three to four weeks .. Antibody testing at 4 weeks can give you a good indication of your HIV status, but test at 12 weeks after the exposure to be considered HIV negative...don't involve in risk behavior... Use barrier contraceptives while having sexular intercourse....
