<1.0 Non Reactive
>1.0 Reactive
Am i safe and non infected with HIV? What this 0.10 result is?
Is it default value or it wil increase in future?

Your report is normal and you are not infected with HIV virus. Do take necessary precautions in the future. You may not be lucky always.
