Dear Patient, Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding your HIV testing. It is understandable to feel anxious about such matters. Based on the information provided, you and your partner have undergone multiple HIV tests, including the HIV1 and HIV2 ab/ag with p24 antigen test, rapid test, and tridot test, all of which came back non-reactive after 120 days of exposure. Your girlfriend also tested non-reactive with a 4th generation HIV duo test and tridot test. The 4th generation HIV tests are highly accurate and can detect the virus as early as 2-4 weeks after exposure. By 120 days (approximately 4 months), these tests are considered conclusive for ruling out HIV infection. Therefore, your results are reliable and indicate that you do not have HIV. However, if you have any ongoing concerns or symptoms, or if you want further reassurance, I recommend a consultation to discuss your situation in more detail. Please feel free to reach out to me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two to schedule an appointment or for any additional advice.
