  4. Hiv tests. Without any further exposure?

Hiv tests.
Hiv 4th gen negative after 104 days and hiv rapid test negative at 121 and 180 days from exposure . Are results conclusive ? Can it become positive in future without any further exposure? I am having a lot of anxiety and depression from past 6 months. Plz help me.Any change in body I link it with hiv. Plz help
