Dear Sir,
1. I took an HIV Tri-Dot test (a rapid test) after 55 days. The result was negative for both HIV-1 and HIV-2. Do I still need to take any further tests?
2. About 23 days ago, I went to a medical lab for a blood test. I didn’t notice which type of syringe was used to collect my blood sample. Is there any risk of HIV from that, and should I get tested again?
I don’t have any symptoms, except for a sore throat — which I believe is due to getting wet in the rain and a change in drinking water.
