My cousin who is too anxious to ask about his
HIV query has been suffering psychologically since 4 years.
His sexual encounter in january 2018 with a woman of unknown sexual history has him suffering from huge hiv anxiety.
During his protected sexual encounter , his felt uneasiness after some penetration and wanted to check if the protection had any issues . He pulled out , so the protection was subjected to normal air. After 5 seconds, To his surprise , the female partner reversed the condom and he immediately took it off after she reversed the same.
There is a chance that some of the vaginal fluid penetrated through the mucus membranes of the penis in that 2-3 seconds when the condom was reversed.
This encounter has made him anxious till date and has ruined his life psychologically since he has not mustered the courage to get tested and i am pretty sure that he won't do the same.
Wanted to understand from an expert as to what are his chances of HIV exposure from this incident
