hello. even  if your is partner is HIV positive with undetactable viral load( must have been  found out by HIV  viral load test) , the virus is still in the body but chances of transmission to other is low but possible.
Next Steps
consult online with me ( HIV dr) or anyone you wish for full deatils as you are discordent couple ( partner positive and you negative ? ) and HIV infection should not be taken lightly.
