Patient who takes medicine properly and adequately chances of landing into aids is low. The only problem is sometimes the medicine is not well tolerated by patients which leads to absence of medication and which eventually make patients prone to co infection. Depends completely on how you're managing your co infections buddy... Aids is a mother disease, also once your HIV positive it means you've AIDS and if you don't take adequate precautions there's a huge possibility that you'll develop some dreadful co infection.
