Hi Doc ,
I am located in Bangalore and my viral load is undetectable and I am married
My wife is not aware of my hiv status and we are planning for a baby and I am not in the position to inform about my hiv status.
Can you please suggest if there is any other way of having baby without letting my wife know about my hiv status

Including hiv...
Automatically she will come to know...
