HIV Positive and Syphillis
I have tested positive for HIV and Syphillis since 2018. I couldn't push myself to take treatment for both. I want to get rid of Syphillis ASAP. I don't have any symptoms in a long time. How can I go ahead with the treatment?

You need to have regular care with a infectious disease specialist because every minor infection can become severe when someone is HIV positive
Next Steps
Consult a local physician/ infectious disease specialist as soon as possible
