Sir i am HIV infected and my cd4 count is less than 10 and i am so much weak i am not able to eat food at all sir even i am very poor nt able to by medicane and not able to consult a doctor sir just please tell to how to increase my CD4 count please help me sir i beg you

There is a National Health program by NACO, which offers free treatment to those infected with HIV. There are recognized centres for the same.
