History of head injuries

I am 26, F. I have had many injuries on my head. I had a pelmet fall on my head from a height. I had a heavy object hit me on the side of head above the ear and at a very young age I broke a steel tap with my head after I hit my head on it accidentally.
The pelmet was the latest. And since then I have been having frequent headaches.
After starting my job , which involves a lot of screen time. These headache are almost always present. I have forgotten the feeling of not feeling anything at all in my head. It is constantly painful. Either dull or stabbing. But it is there. Kindly help.
