Hirsutism and spironolactone
Hello doctors,
I am 41 years old, I have hirsutism since more than 10 years. I was taking spironolactone 100mg, for almost 5-6 years but discontinued in 2017.
1) Can I start spironolactone again , is it safe
2) If I get married in 2025 and plan to conceive , then how many months in advance should I stop taking spironolactone.
Please please guide me about spironolactone, if it has any side effects and can be taken safely.

U need to exclude PCOD.GO FOR USG WHOLE ABDOMEN.
IF NO PCOD ONLY HIRSUTISM NO PROBLEM IN CONCEIVE.
