Hip joint pain and getting sounds there
3 months back I got buttoks and lower back pain I have suffered lot finally I have done spin MRI, doctor said in that MRI nothing was ubnormal everything was fine at spin,
But still I am getting buttoks pain and additionally I have been getting sounds at right side of the hip joint while I am walking , get off from the chair for last 1 one month
Now I am not able to set on chair if I set on chair after within 5 I got pain at hip joints
4 days back I have taken MRI of pelvis with hip joint even in that MRI also everything is normal
Way I am getting these sound at hip joint and pain at hip joints
Can you plz tell me sir

Some entities like acetabulum labral tear or cartilage flaps difficult to pick up on routine mri
Sometimes mri with intra articular contrast or cartilage mapping may be necessary.
