While genetics play a significant role in height, incorporating healthy habits may support natural growth. Focus on a balanced diet rich in nutrients like calcium and vitamin D, engage in regular exercise, ensure adequate sleep, and maintain good posture.
Next Steps
Few exercises: 1. **Toe Touches:** Start with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend at the waist to touch your toes, keeping your knees straight. Hold briefly and repeat. 2. **Cobra Stretch:** Lie on your stomach, place hands under shoulders, and lift your chest off the ground, arching your back. Hold to stretch the spine. 3. **Hanging Exercises:** Hang from a bar or use a pull-up bar, letting your body fully extend. This can decompress the spine and aid in better posture. 4. **Pilates:** Incorporate Pilates exercises focusing on core strength and flexibility for improved body awareness and posture. 5. **Swimming:** Regular swimming engages various muscle groups, fostering a well-balanced physique and potentially enhancing posture.

Medicine won’t help in this case, you need to do regular exercises (such as pull ups, yoga, stretching) and eat nutrition rich food (such as milk, eggs, paneer etc.)

Hey there! You can grow taller. Medicine would not help. Take proper food. Indulge in physical activities. Do rope skipping, hanging from support. Eat more of protein diet. Exercise will be beneficial. The important thing that I would like to bring into your realization that it's all in your body's capabilities. And you can surely enhance it. And not modify it.
