Highly stressed
I get very tense with any little issue and start running away from it. I become very harsh to the ones who are close to me. i can not manage things and things get terribly bad and out of my hand. Later I realise what has happened but it is too late to get things done properly . I have some past history of trauma and i feel that may be a reason.

It is good that You are  well aware of your challenge and the cause of it. It may get difficult for you to take time off and work with your concerns. But infact you should set those to be your first priority. As a  first option you could try reading books that will help you to deal with your past and recondition your mind. If that doesn't help consult a therapist who could help you in  letting go your past. But kindly do not ignore the problem. It may unnecessarily turn into a mountain from a mole hill and would take a longer time to heal " THERE IS NO GREATNESS IN PUNISHING YOUR SELF AND SUFFERING SO LET IT GO'

You past trauma might be the reason, like you have mentioned. Do see a counsellor or therapist who can help you.
