Higher Palpitations during Sleeping
I am facing issue of palpitations since last 10 days I further checked my ECG,Chest X-ray and Blood Reports (attached for reference) are normal. Palpitations sometimes occurred  to upper chest, the neck and jaw area which also hurt me lot. The major cause of the concern it leads to I lost my sleep. Feeling restlessness in the night during day time it's normal. Please assist me exact reason for higher palpitations.In the Blood report vit B12 and D deficiency and low Urine Potassium,Urea,MCV,MCH and neutrophils and Higher RBC, lymphocytes and Bilirubin direct(Liver test) are major observation. My SpO2 level range 92-99 and PRbpm in the range of 78-110. Thyroid,Lipid Profile,Liver Function, Glucose fasting, Urine routine and Kidney function test are normal.

None of the reports is pointing at any organic problem. Major issue could be anxiety disorder. You need to get assessed by a physician to get you through the proper management

Hi noted above history. As you mentioned above symptoms are normal and related breathing problems may be due to covid pandemic and related depression!!
