Higher ldl cholesterol
I have done my blood cholesterol test and in reports I found higher ldl cholesterol and lower hdl cholesterol. Plz guide me if there is need to consult a heart specialist.

You have not mentioned the values...for now you just need to be careful on what you eat...cut down on fried stuff and butter and oils...start exercising regularly...
