Hii Yes it is borderline high but neutrophils and lymphocytes are within normal range. If he clinically has fever consult for the antibiotics

High TLC count can be due to any infection, it is curable by antibiotics and medications, but peripheral blood comment needed on any blast cells or immature cells Go for physical consultation if baby have fever, any signs of infection so according to to that drugs can be prescribed,
