Reports are high dear! U need to start thyronorm/eltroxin! Can consult your GYNAECOLOGIST/endocrinologist for dose adjustment! Measure the tsh 6 weekly for dose adjustment if any! U can have all your regular food except goiterogenic food. Foods that have been identified as goitrogenic include cruciferous vegetables such as bok choy, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, canola, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage, coy sum, collard greens, horseradish, kai-lan, kale, kohlrabi, mizuna, mustard greens, radishes, rapeseed, rapini, rutabagas, and turnips
