High Tsh, high LDH, High uric Acid
I am recently diagnosed with High Tsh, high LDH, High uric Acid, high sgot, high ggt, high sgpt, T3 and t 4 is normal. Please advise what to do. Weight 73 height 165 cm age 33. Daily 8 to 9 hours continuous sitting computer job. But atleast 4 to 5 hours daily hard physical labour is also done.

You have not attached your report.Its kind of difficult to interpret without seeing the reports You being a it professional your BMI is 26 Overweight by 5 kgs which could be reduced simply by following diet modification and exercise dedicated to 30 minutes (not hard labour you have mentioned) daily for 5 days. TSH raised and normal T4 and T3 indicates you have subclinical hypothyroidism. Increase in liver enzymes , cholesterol levels may be related to thyroid status and fatty liver
