I got my blood tested for thyroid profile and learnt I have high TSH and normal T3 and T4.what medication I should follow as I get thirsty and dry throat often and also feel tired quickly. Please find attached report. I got cbc and sugar tested too which are normal.

TSH of 6 suggests subclinical hypothyroidism.
And may not require treatment if symptoms are not present.
TSH takes around 6 - 8 weeks to reflect change. So get your re test done after 2 months.

TSH is raised but not very much. Take Thyrowel capsule at night for one month at night. Also re check TSH after one month. If again the value is on higher side than you should take Thyrox 25 empty stomach for six months. Than again test TSH.
